Hey, I’m Nikki, founder of Brand You Design & Marketing and known as the Lead Magnet Queen.
I’ve spent over twenty years working in branding, editorial design and marketing. I’ve managed in-house design and marketing teams, created magazines, and worked with businesses across the UK and internationally.
But after years of burnout and feeling like I was doing everything for everyone else, I knew I wanted to build something different.
Something that didn’t just make businesses look good on the outside, but helped the people behind them feel confident enough to show up.
